Time for emotions was over, at least for me.
I had to turn into the cold and ruthless death machine I had always been again. I had told myself a nice tale in which humans and vampires could live together, interact, even love each other.
Just fancies.
We kill, they die.
End of the story.

The character is based on the novel "RVH" by Lucia Guglielminetti.
It's an italian novel and it's still to be published. I was so lucky to read the original work in a very private form.
